My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering me a panoramic view of Amman which was truly stunning. The service was exceptional, with a lovely surprise balloon decoration for my wife. The location was excellent, close to lively areas for socializing, and the dining experience was one of the best I've encountered, filled with amazing local options.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a suite with fabulous design and view, which was much cheaper than our original booking. The hotel's rooms collect water in the shower area, a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay. The service, especially from Faris at the front desk and Sawson from the Spa, exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly memorable.
